Sooo for those of you into theatre!

Have you seen/heard of "Bare"? It's an off broadway pop-opera about a gay highschooler in catholic school.

You can listen to the CD version on imeem here: http://www.imeem.com/wishingstar/playlist/SvNj9fRV/bare_a_pop_opera_music_playlist/

I believe I have a new love.

also, I was horribly sick today but I feel better now :] Stopped vomiting.

Okay, I got a disturbing voicemail a few hours ago.

If it was a practical joke from one of you, just out and say it now. I will be reporting it to the police if no one fesses up.

Thank you.

MUSIC SUGGESTIONS PLZ? I like most music. Rock and electronica especially, but I'm open to anything. Specific songs or bands in general are fine.

Putting down the suggestions I've received from pchat here so I don't forget.

The Presets, Pendulum, Porcelain and the Tramps, Skinny Puppy, She wants Revenge.

EDIT: kina on topic, as it deals with music buuuut...

The braisn song from Billy and Mandy is totally sung by Voltaire. WHY DID I NOT KNOW THIS? -shame-

God damn it Klou, now I want to reread Hounds because of your Sherlock kick. I always find it so funny how easily you get me interested in things. I guess it's just how animated and enthusiastic about stuff you are, it's kinda hard not to be.

Regardless, I will get you some decent Sherlock art as soon as I hammer down what I want him to look like. OTL

SO, HETALIA. I HEAR YOU'RE A FUN FANDOM. Where the hell does the manga START? The scanlations are all over the place in the LJ comm. Or is there no real order? IDEK.

Also, Pchat got really crazy last night. I ended staying up until about 1 AM. My god, those guys are so funny. And freaking amazing, I feel like such a noob. Kitey is freakin kitewing on Deviantart. 8U Why do I get so intimidated by people I admire? I feel like some stupid fangirl or something. /wrists

On a completely different note, I want to reread all my Diana Wynne Jones books for the millionth time because DevArt needs more good fanart for them. I need to get House of Many Ways, too. I bet those fuckers put it in the Children's section, just to embrass me again. I swear, they put her stuff in there, but the freakin teen section books are waaay below that reading level. OTL Fuck you Barnes & Noble. FUCK YOU. DWJ is amazing and if people can read Harry Potter at the age of 40, I can read DWJ at the age of 18.

Anyone interested in joining me to go see Twilight? I want to make the fangirls cry. It'll be worth the money. I'm thinking Roosevelt theatre?

So I'm a moron and thought we had to read Twelfth Night by tonight's class. I only read half of it because I prepared my ass off for the Chaucer/Swift satire essay. OMFG though, I couldn't finish the essay in the time she gave us, so I was kinda pissed because it was so good.

On teh other hand, we did a brief intro to TN that was priceless. McGlinchey referred to Viola as rape-bait. I'm sorry, but that was absolutely hysterical coming from a little old lady. :| I swear, the context made it.

I can't handle Jeff and Shelly going out. 8| I've never had this problem before. I can't stad being third wheel because we all hung out together BEFORE they started dating. So basically my way of solving this is making it into an awkward threesome or something.

Rocky Horror was great ast night. Since it was just the film playing we sorta... jumped in front and started pantomiming it. XDD We're such jerks, but it was great fun. My feet ache like a biatch though, since I was wearing my red pleather six inch go-go boots.

Jeez, suddenly all the cool people on Tegaki are joining Hakuchi Academy. 80 EVEN DEVVY WANTS TO JOIN. Devvy is like fucking royalty on Tegaki so you understand the situation. Lykas says she's joining, but I'll have to keep hounding her. She's making an Edward Cullen parody. (So pretty much she's playing Canon Edward Cullen, because we actually couldn't parody anything about him without it already being in the book.)

Why do I not own Hunchback? After rewatching it's like my favorite Disney movie now. The soundtrack is marvellous, homg. And Clopin's VA can read some high notes, lols. I keep finding movies on youtube i watched as a kid.. they all suck so bad now. XD Hunchback is the only one BETTER than I remembered it. Frollo has such a sexy voice.

MTV IS ACTUALLY PROVIDING INTERESTING/USEFUL ENTERTAINMENT?!!!

Now when my friends ask me what Steampunk is I can make them watch this. :B Esplaining it is shockingly hard, especially because most of the people I end up explaining it to have surprised me by not knowing of it in the first place.

I recognized that he was in the Frick museum within seconds of watching the video. The stiarwell!! XD OMG I had to write a paper on the pieces in that stairwell, but it was closed off and I couldn't get in. ;3; Mr. Bayliss was nice and let me switch rooms after that. I totally did not start this paragraph explaining that we went there for APArt, lols.
